to the return address below or feel free to use(print out) our order invoice.
Q: Would you send me one of your Catalogs?
A: Yes! Our catalogs list products at Retail Price without
any mention of our business name. There is however, space for your
own name / business name. Use these catalogs as a selling tool to offer
products at or near the Retail Price, but purchase from us at the
deep discount prices listed only on our website... keep the difference as profit

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Most items can be returned
via customer paid postage to:

Be sure to include any pertinent information, especially your Order / Invoice
Number and the item you are returning (of course). Also, the reason for your
return (optional). Items such as jewelry that need to be returned for repair

A: Our shipping rates are based on your order total. That shipping ratio goes down the more your purchase so you can save more on your larger orders. View details regarding Shipping Information.

your Product Images?
Q: Do you have a Price List?
A: We offer a CD containing Large,
High-Quality Images of all of our Products without our logo, Full
Product Descriptions, and a Complete Retail Price List. For more information about our CD click Product Data CD. Otherwise, we do not allow linking to
our site directly for the purpose of using the images etc... all website traffic is audited and any attempt to link directly to our images will result in your website access being denied. (Search Engines are the only exception.)
Q: Do you use RUSH Delivery?
A: Yes! You may now select RUSH delivery during the checkout process in the PayPal shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated for you automatically.
Q: Do you have a Customer Service
Phone Number?
A: If you need to Contact

It is important that our communication be documented. At this time
we do not have a Customer Service Phone Number available. We will likely use an automated voice response system in the future.
Q: Do you Drop-Ship?
A: Simply create your order like
normal through the Secure PayPal Shopping Cart and when ready, click
the Checkout button. When prompted for a 'Message to Seller',
type in your Customer's Ship-to address. We'll send a 'clean' invoice
without pricing information. If you would like your name / business
name included on the invoice, request that also. We'll send your
order directly to your Customer, so you don't even need to carry
any stock on-hand! For orders by mail, feel free to use our order invoice.
Q: Are there any additional discounts?
A: Yes! Besides our already deep discount prices, you may also benefit from additional
discounts. Randomly selected orders receive Free Shipping, Free Catalogs,
Free Items, and Dollar Discounts! Also, we offer Bulk (Large Lot) ordering for the lowest unlisted prices possible. Contact
Us for a free personal price quote. Bulk discounts are generally
available when you purchase 10 or more of a single item or package.
Q: Do you carry "this" item?
A: All of our available products
are listed within our Online Catalog. Try our advanced Search now with search by color, name, description, number, catalog page, or try popular searches by other customers.
Q: Do you Ship COD (Cash on Delivery)?
A: No. Currently we offer USPS
Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority, DHL Rush, and Airmail... all of which must be
paid before we ship the order.
Q: Do you Personalize your products
(Company Logo etc.)?
A: Not at this time. Look for
this service in the future.
